Gîte rural en maison mitoyenne du propriétaire, classé 3 étoiles pour une location jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec entrée indépendante,situé à Dinsheim, entrée de la Vallée de la Bruche, à 27 km de STRASBOURG, desservi direct par autoroute A35 et voie rapide, gare SNCF TER Alsace à 1,5km. Le gîte est affilié aux offices de tourisme de Molsheim et Obernai pour votre garantie et à votre disposition pour vous conseiller avec savoir-faire durant votre villégiature.

Le gîte dispose de tout le confort, internet Wifi , cuisine équipée, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, four électrique, cafetière, lave vaisselle, lave linge, téléviseur, cheminée (chauffage bois fourni), piscine couverte (utilisable uniquement en saison été) et coin jardin.

Il comprend un rez de chaussée avec séjour et coin cuisine, ainsi qu'une salle de bain avec WC séparés, et en premier étage deux chambres séparées, espacées par une pièce corridor .

Chaque chambre comprend 3 couchages (chambre N°1 un lit simple et lit double - chambre N°2 3 lits simples), les draps étant fournis et les lits faits à l'arrivée.

Le gîte est situé sur le Piémont des Vosges, en Centre Alsace, à 27 km de Strasbourg, 10 km de la Ville d'Obernai et 50 km de Colmar. Outre ces villes connues à visiter,on peut citer les viticulteurs de la Route des Vins, les nombreux chemins de randonnées, la pratique du VTT, les divers musées, les châteaux dont le Haut Koenigsbourg, le fort de Mutzig, la gastronomie alsacienne ...

Surpris de constater que la 3 émet chambre annoncée est en fait le couloir de passage vers l’étage et les 2 autres vraies chambres.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Guy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
