the studio – Yarra Valley is situated just outside Yarra Glen. Set on acreage overlooking Dixons Creek Valley, and surrounded by farmland with uninterrupted views, the studio accommodation has two rooms ideal for a couple to escape, relax and explore the magnificent Yarra Valley region. Whether it’s an early morning hot air balloon flight, dining in one of the Valley’s many restaurants, wineries and cafés, a game of golf, or wine tour or maybe a visit to the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie or Alowyn Gardens, you’ll be delighted to be able to kick back, take in the views and appreciate the peace and quiet.

All this is only 5 minutes from Yarra Glen village or 10 minutes from Healesville and surrounds.

Secluded relaxing studio that has been designed with great flair and attention to detail.

We spent just one night at The Studio - we could have stayed much longer. It is a great location with soothing views over the Yarra Valley. A perfect place for a relaxing weekend.

Why can't I call Ann (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ann (the owner) a message.

If Ann (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
