Description

The house overlooks Park Beach, the main beach at Dodges Ferry. There are expansive views from every room. A very sunny living area with all the amenities you need. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach down a sandy track just across the road.

This is a typical seaside community with all the facilities you need to enjoy your stay. The town has all you need, with local produce available as well as take-away and good pub food, depending on your taste.

Plenty of places to walk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the balcony, and morning sunrises to die for!

You are not far from Hobart and all the local attractions.

You can base yourself here and enjoy exploring Hobart and it's highlights, the Tasman Peninsular and beyond. Enjoy the coastal drive to Dunalley, Marion Bay and Bream Creek. You can't help but enjoy your time on the coast.

The two bedrooms both have views over the coastline.

The kitchen, lounge and large sunroom all have expansive coastal views, so no matter where you are you know you are at the beach.

Walk down a sandy track to Park Beach, the track starts just across the road. Take your surf board, or just have a swim. This is not a scary surf beach, it has both gentle waves and surf that satisfies real surfers. It's beautiful here all year round.

This our private beach retreat, and we love sharing it with others. At this time, we are not including the basement garage in the rental, you will have all of the best bits: the top level house, deck, back patio and garden areas.

You can pick up a hire care at the Airport or in Hobart City. There is so much to explore in the area. Walk along the sandy track to the beach, walk, swim, surf and beach comb the hours away.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
