We are located above Dolores, Colorado Lucky us we have a view of mountain ranges, we live on 400 and something acers you can roam on, walk out to the edge of the rim and see the whole town of Dolores. Take advantage of taking a picture of the whole Mesa Verde mountain. Bring your family, kids and friends, Don't worry there is always time for biking, hiking, fishing, sightseeing, stargazing, hunting and a nice outdoor fire you can end your evening with. You can have this enjoyment with or secluded cozy warm clean two bedroom, one bathroom cottage with one queen bed, one king size bed and could easily sleep four. It comes with all your amenities such as Wi-Fi, HD TV, DVD player, linens, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, iron and Iron board, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, cutting Board, cups, tea kettle, coffee maker/coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar, creamer. If you want to take a bike ride don't hesitate to ask we have them stored in our garage, so it be out of the weather. Our closest neighbors are with in a mile away, and a lot of privacy.

Why can't I call Jason (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jason (the owner) a message.

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
