Estepona is a lovely town 20kms west of Marbella, with a long seafront promenade perfect for those sunset strolls With a wide sandy beach and fishing port where you can watch local fishermen unloading their catch from their colourful boats. The pretty main square has numerous cafes and restaurants and remnants of old castle walls and traditional whitewashed buildings with their balconies of scented flowers. There is a good mix of shops and the area is particularly popular with families.

The exclusive bars and clubs of the world famous Puerto Banus are 10-15 minutes by car, Splash out in the designer shops or sip a cocktail while watching the millionaires on their yachts.

Visit the beautiful white villages like Ronda with its breathtaking gorge and the oldest bullring in Spain still in use! In the other direction Gibraltar is steeped in history and offers trips through war time underground tunnels, caves full of stalactites' and mites, duty free shopping and of course the Apes

Golf: Golf Information: The Costa del Sol is a golfers paradise. Within 30 minutes of the house, there are over 20 courses, offering a challenge to the single handicapper or the occasional four-ball player. Within 5 minutes is Estepona Golf, while Valle Romano and Duquesa Golf are only slightly further. Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque are all within 20 minutes, while La Quinta, Monte Mayor and Marbella are no more than half an hour's drive. You can even play at night, at La Dama de Noche!

The Shower curtain was already on the list and has now been replaced. the basin outlet had been interfered with and has now been correctly restored to correct functionality. These matters would have been attended to whilst you were there if they had been brought to our attention at the time.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Martyn (the owner) a message.

If Martyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
