The Suite on The Diamond Donegal Town, is a superb Apartment with 2 double bedrooms , Kitchenette and a sitting room overlooking The Diamond. It is elegant and quirky located in a period residence which was built around 1848 and lovingly restored in 2016. The Suite affords the beauty, comfort and freedom of having the sitting room in which to relax and the kitchenette to make that desired cup of tea or coffee

The entire building has been carefully restored and the Sitting room features the Original Stone Wall and a Bog Oak Beam in the ceiling providing a magnificent rustic charm right in the centre of town. The electric stove with wood effect creates a cosy feeling.

Many of the original features remain including a beautiful little fireplace (decorative purposes only) in the bedroom which also overlooks the Diamond , the restored window shutters complete the ambience of this room, while the second bedroom is to the rear of the Suite. The bedrooms in keeping with a property built in the mid 1800's are relatively small but are complimented by the spacious living room area.

Bedlinens are provided and guests as are towels.

The large well appointed bathroom has an electric shower.

Located in the hub of town where the guests can enjoy shopping, sample the treats of several excellent restaurants and coffee shops and entertainment.

The compact kitchenette is complete with Fridge, Microwave, Toaster and electric kettle. ideal for a continental breakfast.

Access is through the Courtyard up the steps and then on up to the third floor.

Although in the centre of town our guests sleep beautifully.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Isabel (the owner) a message.

If Isabel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
