Le studio est aéré pendant toute la durée du nettoyage. Nous utilisons des produits adaptés et efficaces contre les bactéries et les virus. Nous utilisons des lingettes nettoyantes à usage unique. Nous n'utilisons pas de chiffons. A l'aide d'un spray spécial anti-virus nous retirons soigneusement toute saleté ou poussière visible sur les canapés, les tapis, les rideaux et autre surfaces souples et poreuses.

Nous louons studio en bord de mer de 21m 2 à Donville-les-bains, juste à côté de Granville dans la très jolie résidence "Ermitage" ( voir google image). A 20 mètres d'un centre de Thalasso et de bien-être "Prévithal". Proche du centre de réeducation "le Normandy" de Granville. Carrefour idéal pour se rendre au Mont-Saint-Michel, sur les îles Chausey, sur les îles Anglo-Normandes (Jersey, Guernesey, sercq)

Résidence calme avec ascenseur. Vue du séjour sur la mer. parking privé extérieur. ACCÈS DIRECT A LA PLAGE.

Du bord de mer, vue magnifique sur la presqu'ile de Granville, la petite Monaco du Nord, les îles Chausey et l'anse de Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal. Mont-Saint-Michel à 50km.Tous commerces de proximité à 3 mn en voiture. 20 mn à pied. Au pied de la résidence, restauration rapide, restaurant.

Le studio comprend un séjour avec un lit une place mezzanine (hauteur 1,70 cm avec barre de sécurité) + un canapé clic-clac 2 places 140 x 90 confortable (literie Dunlopillo neuve et de confort). Couchage jusqu'à trois personnes voire quatre, avec un bébé (mise à disposition d'un lit parapluie sous la mezzanine, mais également d'une baignoire bébé et d'une chaise haute.

L'espace a été pensé afin qu'il soit au regard de la superficie le plus fonctionnel et agréable possible : cuisine aménagée avec plaque à induction et hotte aspirante, clic-clac, table à manger rétractable, four, réfrigérateur, cafetière, bouilloire, caddy. Télévision, lecteur CD/ DVD, réseau 3G/4G.

Salle de bains avec une douche, un radiateur sèche serviette, un lave-linge, un petit tancarville.

Nombreuses activités sur place : plage (mise à disposition d'un parasol), promenade, randonnée, pêche à pied, pétanque, petite aire de jeux enfants, tennis, école de voile (kayaks de mer, chars à voile, planches voile, et catamarans permettent aux touristes de pratiquer les sports nautiques par le biais de la location ou de cours à la demande . A proximité, équitation, golf. Courses hippiques à 5 mn à pieds de l’appartement.

Départs de bateaux pour les îles Chausey.

Jersey, Guernesey et Sercq.

Parc d'attraction Raptor Park (25mn)

et Royals Kids(25 mn).

Zoo de Champrépus (25mn)

Le centre de Granville par le chemin côtier ou par la plage à marée basse est à 20mn à pied (musée Dior, casino, haute-ville, remparts, le tour du roc, ports de pêche et de plaisance, Musée d'art moderne "Anacréon"et bien d'autres centres d'intérêt.

Le Mont-Saint-Michel (traversée des grèves, visites nocturnes) se situe à 50km. Pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la région, son patrimoine, son histoire, ses plus beaux villages : les plages du débarquement sont à 120km. Caen est à 1 heure et quart de route.. La cité de la mer à Cherbourg à 1h30, Le nez de jobourg à 2h, Barfleur à 2h,. Saint-Vast-La-Hougue à 2h.

Hello, We are Sophie and Bertrand and thank you already for your interest in our rental. We look forward to welcoming you in our studio by the sea. On arrival, you will be independent you can just get the keys next to the door of the apartment in a secure box with a code. This is a resourceful place where the surf, waves sound, brings a little soothing music to our guests. Centrally located, our studio "feet in water" as the name suggests is by the sea (the residence provides direct access to the beach) and not an apartment "sea" as often shown in ads but actually located hundreds of meters.
