The Alexandria Retreat is your true luxury getaway on the Sunshine Coast. You won’t know pure unadulterated heaven until you wake up to the magnificent sunrise and natural wildlife native to the Noosa Hinterland.

The Sunshine Coast is world famous for holidaying, however, there is more to it than sun and surf. If you venture off the beaten path, you can escape into the natural beauty and soothing peace of the Noosa Hinterland. That’s where you will find Alexandria Retreat B&B gently nestled.

At 350 metres above sea level, our views are simply breathtaking. If you look east over Lake Weyba to the coast, you can take in the beaches of:

Castaways, Marcus, Peregian and Coolum.

Take a dip in our 90,000 litre pool or soak in the bubbles in our 10,000 litre spa with air seats and therapeutic hydro jets. Spend a lazy day by the pool, relaxing with a cool drink on one of our many sun loungers, while you read a good book or even enjoy an onsite massage. Take an evening spa with a glass of quality wine, as you lay back and watch the stars.

If you’re feeling energised you can explore our fantastic surrounding attractions, including the renowned Eumundi Markets (a five minute drive away), Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach.

We can also help organise a tour, such as a visit to Australia Zoo, a trip to Frazer Island, a camel safari, a Noosa river trip or a stay at a day spa. We can even arrange shuttle or taxi services and have ample parking onsite.

Located just 15 minutes from town, we have the Sunshine Coast Airport only 25 minutes away and the Bruce Highway minutes away.

SPECIAL NOTE: Prices quoted are per couple and for our Pool View room. Our Garden View room has a reduction of $20 per night, but offers all the same facilities and services. Alexandria Retreat is operated as a luxury Bed & Breakfast, and only caters for a maximum of 2 couples, so there is never more than 4 guests staying at any one time.

Fantastic place to stay nice quiet getaway with stunning veiws. The host was very welcoming made an amazing breakfast. Definitely 5 stars. I would happily stay here again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
