From the owner

This apartment is located in Villas de Playa I in the town of Dorado, readilly accesible via expressway from San Juan. Dorado maintains the blend of a small town, with all the amenities of a large city, since it has become a bedroom community of San Juan.

The apartment is a three level, three bedroom walkup, whose interior has been updated, next to the beach with an ocean view.The first level has the living and dining area, a modern kitchen and a full bathroom, which is convenient since there is a sleeper sofa that converts to a queen sized bed in the living room area. I addition rto having air conditioning in every room, the living / dining room area is also air conditioned.

The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a private bath. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds which sleeps three. The other room can either have two twin beds or a queen sized bed, according to preferences.The top floor holds the Master bedroom,with a king sized bed,full bath, sitting area and terrace facing the ocean.

Among other facilities, there is a children's playground as well as two swiming pool, with controlled access, one of them being a childrens wading pool.

The property is next to the Embassy Suites hotel and the Dorado del Mar Golf Club. From the apartment you can walk west along Sardinera Beach or exercise along the beach following the Rockefeller natura trail.The apartment is very close to the new Dorado Ritz Carlton.

The Dorado fishing village is next to the compound and you can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen as they return from the sea, around noon each day.

There are several fine restaurants in the area, including the award winning El Ladrillo, which is also ana art gallery, as well as other seafood restaurants next to the Doarado beach and in the yown of Dorado.If you are into typical Puerto Rican fritters, you can find them in kiosks along the beach.

You are close to three of the most visited tourist locations in Puerto Rico: the Bacardi rum distillery, the Camuy caves and the Arecibo radiotelescope.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
