We understand how stressful it could be when renting a vacation property through websites like this one but we want to assure you that you are dealing with serious and responsive owners that care about your vacation as evidenced by our multiple 5 star reviews. We are frequent travelers as well and understand your expectations!

We offer a newly renovated villa with walking access to the beach!! You have beach views from every bedroom and/or balcony in this property. The villa has been decorated to make you feel at home. There is a very good size pool and a children's pool right in front. Plenty of restaurants and shopping also within a 10-15 minute drive. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with two twin size beds. Both rooms have brand new AC for your convenience. We also offer a high quality queen size air mattress to accomodate up to six people. There are two beautifully renovated bathrooms, one on each level. The bathroom in the second level has doube sinks for your convenience. There is a laundry with full size washer and dryer and we provide the detergent in case you want to wash your cloth before departing. The kitchen has also been renewed recently and it includes full size stainless steel appliances. There is also a gas grill in the back deck for your use if desired.

We can provide you with a list of touristic attractions if desired but I'm sure that you probably know what you want to do in Puerto Rico. Just let us know if we can be of any help and we will do our best. Our goal is for you to have a great time and enjoy your vacation!!

We love spending time there and we knoe that you will too. The evenings are extremely quiet to the point that you can hear the ocean waves hitting the shore as you relax in the back deck or in the front porch enjoying your favorite drink.

Why can't I call Wilfredo and Glorimar (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Wilfredo and Glorimar (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Wilfredo and Glorimar (the owner) a message.

If Wilfredo and Glorimar (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
