From the owner

Douliana is a small traditional village, 22 km East from Chania city, in an area of great natural beauty.

In this village (among a total of 300 for Greece) have been awarded the title of the national conservation area of beauty 'NATURA', keeping agriculture as main activity. The old houses have been reconstructed for holidays and provide a view of traditional life according to seasons.(olives and oranges in Winter, vegetables and fruits in Summer, wine in Automn) There are two taverns with traditional Cretan cuisine, and a mini market with local products.

Studios and houses Iliopetra, located on a hill, overlook a wonderfull country side and the open sea.

The road to the sea front, surrounded by forest, the nearest beach KERA is 1.5 km in distance, and 3 km from the beach of Almirida or Kalives and super markets-newspapers-restaurants-bars - sports activities center.

You can drive or walk a distance by the road side by a forest unique beauty of cypress trees, olives, wild plants and flowers.

You can select an apartment Studio of one large room with double balcony.

  All studios are equipped with kitchen and bathroom, including all Wi-Fi facilities, air conditioning, TV and DVD in the common room. Sun chairs for outside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anna (the owner) a message.

If Anna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
