From the owner

Annecy Lake Lodge has a private lake access, it is an 1800's house newly renovated in a contemporary setting with comfort in mind. We have 7 bedrooms in total with 5 queen size beds, 1 king, and 2 bunks, we also have 7 full ensuite bathrooms, accommodating 15-16 guests very comfortably is easy. Three living room areas, two on the main floor and one in the parental suite. The house is wheelchair accessible with a bedroom on the main floor. All floors are heated and 6 of our bedrooms have air conditioning. All TV's have satellite connections with SKY and local channels, Wii console, dvd players, apple tv, and french internet tv. Our outside grounds benefit from a 150 sq meter terrasse adjoining the main area of the house on a south east facing exposure with views of the mountains and of the lake. A private 100 sq meter lakeside terrasse will allow rest, play, or dining possibilities. A grassy area will allow kids to run or yoga sessions in the shade. In the heart of the alps Waterski, Wakesurf, Wakeboard, swim directly from the house on turquoise Lake Annecy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marilyn (the owner) a message.

If Marilyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
