Appartement entièrement rénové avec goût et confort, dans une maison individuelle, proche du lac d'Annecy (petite plage aménagée au bout de la rue), piste cyclable, sentiers de randonnée, parapente et stations de ski. Vous l'apprécierez pour l'emplacement et les espaces extérieurs. Notre hébergement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles et les compagnons à quatre pattes.

Très lumineux et spacieux, l'appartement est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

Les draps sont fournis.

Cuisine équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un lave-linge, d'un four, d'un four à micro-ondes, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une batterie de cuisine complète, d'un appareil à raclette.

Terrasse de 70m2 avec grand jardin de 1000m² , barbecue à disposition et terrain de pétanque dans le jardin derrière la maison.

Idéalement situé à Bredannaz (commune de Doussard), à 2 minutes à pied de la piste cyclable et à 5 minutes à pied du lac (avec petite plage)

Parking: la maison est constitué de 2 appartements; vous garer soit devant la maison soit sur le parking en herbe face à la locomotive (à 50m face en direction de la piste cyclable après" le coup de pompe").

Nombreux départs de randonnées du gîte.

How do damage deposits work?
