The Everly Blu is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath home. When renting The Everly Blu you receive the entire house. Located behind the house is a walking trail around a lake that leads to a park as well as lake fishing. The Everly is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The two bedrooms and full bath are located upstairs.

Hi Loretta! Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I do have listed right in the rental description of the home the full bathroom and bedrooms are located upstairs. You can see inside the house in the photos including the bathrooms with the mirrors, that you mentioned were "unexceptionable". We do not have any affiliation with any of these hotels in the area. Low ratings/ reviews can be very impacting on a small business and I don't think travelers understand. I would definitely recommend for you in future bookings to read the details in the rental description before booking a property that may not be a good fit for you.

Hi Vicki! We are still terribly sorry to hear about your bad experience. The entire 2 years we have been renting out the home we have remained with the same cleaner. This is the first time anyone has ever said it was dirty. We did offer to come up to the house and re clean for you. You declined, said it was okay. You did mention it was July 4th and you called our office and no one was there. The cell phone numbers to the owners are listed inside the house and states if you need anything at all to please call. It's standard policy to leave the 4 towels and 4 wash clothes due to the guest max of the house. We leave more upon request. You did ask for additional and we brought them to the home for you. As for the air conditioner the temperature for July 4th was 97 degrees with humidity reaching up to 84% making the real feel temperature around 117 +degrees. Welcome to Kentucky. When we spoke on the phone you had stated the downstairs of the house was 72 but the upstairs was 75. We sent HVAC Technician over immediately to look at it. We strive for customer service and do anything we can to make sure the stay is a great experience. Thanks for your feedback.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
