Apartment B&P 2 is 40 m2 large, two teracies with roof and without roof, nice view, single bedroom with 140x205 cm bed and Tv, bathroom with shower, kitchen with stove 2 electric, 2gas, microwave, freeze, refrigerator, dishwasher, dinning room with sat TV, wireless internet, parking in a shadow of house garden, secure and privacy with wirelles key for opening main door.The sea is only a 2 minute walk from the house.

Zaton Bay comprises of two villages which are interconnected with a beautiful lungomare, which makes for a relaxed half hour stroll along the sea. The stretch is dotted with a couple pebble beaches suitable for families with small children. Kayaking tours can be organized nearby as well as one day at three island cruises. There are a couple of restaurants, a grocery shop, and a post office available as well as public transport to the Old Town. The bus stop is just across the street from the apartment, while the ride to the city only takes 15 minutes.

Apartment B&P 2 is on the first floor of the house with beautifull view from terracy with roof.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ivica (the owner) a message.

If Ivica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
