RENOVATION IN PROGRESS - OPEN 26.04.2024

At the moment we are renovating this apartment so it will be better, more comfortable and more modern than the current one you can see on photos. It will consist of one bedroom, kitchen with living room and bathroom with shower. Make sure to check out the floor plan in photos to see the new layout. Other pictures show how the old apartment looked like.

Do you want to stay by the sea?

Here is your answer - Just 10 minutes from the busy city centre on a peaceful village road, and only a short walk from the bus stop, House Tereza sits on a quiet and relaxing Seafront overlooking the beautifully tranquil Zaton Bay. There is a restaurant and a well equipped mini-market near the bus stop, and several other good restaurants a gentle stroll away, within easy walking distance around the bay. But you may not want to dine out once you have enjoyed your covered terrace to dine al fresco, overlooking the sea. Sunbathe on the sun terrace with your sun bed & umbrella. Or, if you are feeling more energetic we have kayaks for hire, and boat trips to the Islands.

Swimming is literally on your doorstep, without even having to cross a road, and without encountering a long, hot climb up the cliffs, which is more usual around the Dubrovnik area.

Please note that there are security cameras onsite monitoring all outside areas. There are no indoor cameras.

Why can't I call Luko (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luko (the owner) a message.

If Luko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
