Description

This loft has just been remodelled and it’s brand new. It is spacious, bright, modern looking and full of light. Loft is located only several steps away from the Adriatic, next to a gorgeous “Lungomare” walkway, leading you to the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves Dubrovnik has to offer. The nearest beach is literally 5 minutes away. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik.

Living room

Thanks to large Velux windows, living room is very bright and full of light, offering to you spectacular sea view overlooking harbour and bridge.It is equipped with huge air condition, so you can carelessly enjoy your vacation and views during the hot summer days. For your entertainment, there is a 55-inch 4k Smart TV with seventy digital channels and a lot of apps and online content. During cold autumn days, guests can warm up with underfloor heating.

Bedrooms

There are 2 bedrooms in this loft. Both of the bedrooms have sea view. Main bedroom has 15 square meters and it is equipped with air condition and king size bed with huge Velux above bed, so you can enjoy watching the stars. Charmingly decorated, second bedroom has 2 single beds with huge cabinet.

Kitchen

This spacious kitchen is equipped with a electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and many other accessories that will make your cooking experience easy and pleasant.

Bathroom

In this beautifully decorated bathroom with a large shower cabin with huge rain shower, you`ll find a hairdryer, body weight scale, washing machine, towels, bath/hygiene products and more. There is underfloor heating too.

Apartment has all necessarry appliances for long and comfortable stay. 
Guests will be provided with private terrace under the veranda surrounded by beautiful flowers and mediterranean plants. Guests also have at their disposal bbq smoke house, furniture and deck chair.

On your request we can arrange transfer from airport to apartment. One car parking spot is included. Supermarkets, shopping centers, post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, beaches, water park, pleasure ground are all literally within a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus station for old town is also 5 min from apartment, bus no 6 goes to the old town every 10 min and ride with bus lasts 10-15 min.

I will provide my guests with the best possible treatment. I will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. My apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests need any help possible, I can assure them I will be available to them during every moment of their stay !

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vilim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
