Iris Apartment offers a luxury retreat and is perfect for a truly romantic and relaxing seaside holiday.

It is situated in newly built modern villa, just 50 meters from sea in a peaceful part of Lapad Peninsula. Its top floor position ensures magnificent unobstructed views of Gruz Harbour from the spacious terrace with cruise ships mingling just in front of you.

In 10 minutes stroll along the coast you can enjoy the famous Copacabana Beach. There are lots of delightful beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and bustling cafes all within easy walking distance. The closest bus station is 100 meters down the street, just 10 minutes ride to the historic part of Dubrovnik. Supermarket is also 100 metres away. Lovely seaside restaurant Orsan Yacht Club is within a few minutes walk.

Iris Apartment has been lovingly decorated and tastefully furnished; with lots of natural light enable a welcoming & serene atmosphere providing complete relaxation. It can accommodate 4 persons with the possibility of 1 additional guest on the living room sofa bed. It features 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds), a modern bathroom with shower, an open plan living room, full kitchen, dining area. The most distinctive features is its terrace ideal for a lazy day of reading, sunbathing or simply to enjoy with a glass of wine. It is a place to capture moments of peace and to rediscover the simple pleasures of sea, air and time.

Why can't I call Iris (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iris (the owner) a message.

If Iris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
