From the owner

Our apartment is located in Lapad area, at the great location just 300 m from the main beach.The beach is perfect for swimming and tanning and it will make your vacation memorable. There are other beaches in the area as well.The bus stop, supermarket , newsstand and bakery are 5 min away from our apartment. There are couple of tennis courts, many coffee bars, pizzerias and restaurants down the promenade which is a strolling area all across Lapad peninsula. Just above the main beach there is a Cinestar cinema complex.. Beautiful Petka hill is near our apartment where you can enjoy in jogging or just walking trough pine forest. Local bus stop is less than 200m from the apartment .Bus operates every 15 min. and reaches the Old town. Taxi station is just next to bus stop.Our apartment consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom and the bathroom.In bedroom there is a large bed 200×180 cm( for two people). Apartment accommodate up to 3 people.. In the living room there is a sofa, armchair and a single bed( for 1 person).A fully equipped kitchen includes fridge, microwave . el. stove, dishwasher and toaster . We have satellite TV and air conditioning. In front our apartment there is a lovely terrace you can use and and enjoy in the hot summer evenings. From the window in our living room you have a view on Adriatic sea and really spectacular sunset.During your staying in Dubrovnik we are at your disposal and anything you might need, you can just knock the door or leave a message via sms. Please contact us if you need an airport pick up service. Our spacious apartment guarantees comfort , nice and cool in the summer provide a pleasurable vacation.We are waiting for you!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Josko (the owner) a message.

If Josko (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
