Romantic oasis in Dubrovnik's most unique spot.

Not only beneath a spectacular medieval fort, King’s Landing castle, but also above a small beach!

It has a seperate entrance into an amazing large terrace overlooking the open sea, cliffs and green pine wood.

It is in a tantalising peaceful world of fishing boats, kayaks, cobbled streets and clean azure sea. All of guests necessities such as an airport arrival bus stop, a taxi service, a local bus station, a bakery, a grocery store, a drug store, an ATMs, a post office, a pharmacy, medical help, souvenir shops, restaurants and historical points are all within a five minute walk.

Also, the apartment is only a three minute walk to Pile gate-entrance to the walled city.

So close but so far from the city bustle and hustle, set in a historic area on the top floor of a classic villa with a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/dinnig room and corridor.

“Breath taking”

What an amazing villa. The views from the terrace is breath taking yet only a quiet 4 minute walk to pile gate. We had such a wonderful time in Dubrovnik it is a lovely city. The villa has everything you need to make your stay relaxing and Nada the owners is so kind and friendly. She made our stay more memorable with all her gifts of her time and fresh food. She even picked figs off the trees for us and brought us pear liquor. Simply the best situated villa in the city with private access to the bay below. The water is so clear and safe to swim in. Thank you Nada is was such a pleasure meeting you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
