Our Studio apartments are located at a very attractive location in a new stone house, close to the Old City in a quiet residential district, with a great view of the Old Town and the Sea.

The apartment has 22m2 Is intended for 2 + 1 people, and consist of : 1 bed room with double bed + extra sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen, terrace, SAT TV, air-condition.

Only a few minutes by foot you are in the center and close to everything.

“Perfect apartment for a short break”

I booked a 5 night stay at this apartment due to the inflated costs of going to Dubrovnik during the school summer holidays. Having never been to Dubrovnik before, I wanted something close to all the attractions within old town whilst also being a comfortable place to relax and wind down. This apartment was just perfect for that- it is as it shows in the photographs and description so don't expect 5 star holiday villa type facilities but it was functional and a very comfortable little apartment. The addition of the hot tub area was amazing as the first night of arrival we were travel weary so this was just perfect to relax! The kitchen was tiny but enough for us to self-cater for 4 of the 5 nights we were there- with 2 little supermarkets 5 minutes walk away it kept the cost down as eating in the Old Town can be very expensive. The terrace was lovely, shared with the twin holiday apartment next door but it is very private with a great view of the fortress and the old town walls. Dubrovnik has a lot of steps and comparatively this apartment was easy to access- about 30 steps but most accommodation we walked past had much more! The walk to town took 5 minutes and the nearest 'beach' (lots of rocky/concrete platform type beaches in the area and the nearest one to apartment is of this kind) was relatively quiet and great for sunbathing and especially swimming. Beds were simple camp/bed settee type frames as in the pictures but both my mum (who is in her 50's) and myself had a very comfortable sleep. It would be nice if the shower head was attached to the wall in the bathroom as you have to use it in your hand but the bathroom was fine and very clean. Finally, the thing that made it for us was the helpful and friendly attitude of the owners- they were fantastic and gave us some great tips about booking tours etc....there are so many to choose from in the old town it is hard to differentiate between the good and poor ones so the owners recommended ones which were ran by friends. They arranged a tour for us around the 3 islands and it was perfect- smaller boat, better food and better organised than some of the ones on offer in the old town port. Their transfer service was also fantastic and the driver was very pleasant. 'Grandmother' even pointed out to me the 3 cute tortoises that are residents in the little garden attached to the terrace! The owners also have a dog but it was so well behaved and there are a couple of cats which mind their own business (we just shut the glass doors to keep the more adventurous one out as there is air con (which worked well and not too noisy) in the rooms anyway). I could not have asked for a less hassle free break in a city that could be pretty hectic during peak tourist season. Definitely coming back here again! absolutely fantastic location 5 min walk to pile gate.. the appartments....we rented both were clean and comfortable. the terrace is spectacular both daytime and nightime, tomi and nicola provided us with peerless service. my luggage was lost and i desperately needed dress pants for our evening out...no problem as tomi"s son was dispatched to nicolas"s house to fettch me a pair. our stay in dubrovnic was 5 star, thank you tomi and nicola

How do damage deposits work?
