Calma Apartment is safe and calm harbor in exciting Dubrovnik town. After day full of unique experiences in bustling Old Town, here you can enjoy in peace and unforgettable view on the sea, green hills and the roofs of the town. You can relax with the book and glass of wine on the balcony, or on nearest sandy and pebble or rocky beach, 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. Sea is crystal clear with temperature ideal for swimming, usually between 20 and 26°C, from May to October.

Apartment is located in Lapad peninsula, 10 minutes by bus from Old Town. In this beautiful part of Dubrovnik live most of the local people. The most of Dubrovnik hotels are there, as well as the nicest beaches, number of good restaurants and bars, including famous Cave Bar. Traffic connections with Old Town are excellent. Public bus no. 6 runs every 10 minutes and bus stop is just 5 minutes away. Apartment has 40 m2, big living room full of sunlight, kitchen, dining space, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Near the apartment is nice promenade with many opportunities for entertainment, and few kilometers long lungomare (walking trail by the sea). On 5 minutes walking distance there are grocery stores, banks, rent-a-car, post office, tourist information office, health service, pharmacy - in short, everything you may need during your stay in Dubrovnik. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
