Our brand new & stylish apartment is located literally 2 steps away from Adriatic. It is situated on Lapad peninsula, next to a gorgeous "Lungo mare" walkway, leading you to the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves Dubrovnik has to offer. Lapad peninsula is famous for his green areas, parks, promenade and most beautiful beaches. Lapad peninsula is located just 3 km away from UNESCO’s old city Dubrovnik.

Recently built modern & stylish apartment has 65 m2 + 25 m2 of balcony with stunning view overlooking the sea. Apartment has 1 bedroom, huge living room with access to balcony, full kitchen and 2 fully equipped bathrooms, along with 2 air condition devices (1 in bedroom and 1 in living room) and floor heating. It is equipped with LED TV and satellite programs. Apartment has all necesarry appliances for long and comfortable stay. Guests will be provided with a private 30 m2 terrace surrounded by beautiful flowers and mediterranean plants. Guests will be provided with barbecue and sun loungers for maximum relaxation and enjoyment. Guests will be provided with parking spot.

Supermarkets, shopping centers, post office, bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, tennis court, beaches, water park, pleasure ground are all within a 5-minute walking distance from the apartment. Bus station for old town is also 5 min from apartment. Bus no 6 goes to the old town every 10 min and ride with bus lasts 15 min.

I will provide my guests with the best possible treatment. I will be at their disposal during anytime of the day. My apartment is located only a few minutes away, so if my guests ever get locked out, or need any help possible, I can assure them I will be available to them during every moment of their stay!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mateo (the owner) a message.

If Mateo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
