Sublime Villa Anna is nestled high on the mountain in Bosnia overlooking the Dubrovnik riviera and just 12 min drive to Dubrovnik's old town.

Accommodation offered at Villa Anna is divided between two floors and comprises of three superbly appointed, luxurious bedrooms, each one designed in a contemporary style. The bathrooms, all en-suite with luxury towels and the highest quality fittings.

On the ground floor you’ll find an elegant living room with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors allowing you to enjoy the full panorama. Beautiful Italian leather seating, designed in a modern and minimalist style, with satellite TV, DVD player, air-conditioning and internet access throughout- a magical place where you can relax and feel at home.

Open plan to the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer (with water & ice dispenser) , microwave, filter coffee machine and the essential dishwasher. A stylish dining area with dramatic modern chandeliers and table that comfortably seats eight for dinner, if you feel like entertaining.

The outside space has been landscaped with great attention to detail, precisely planted and with a stunning infinity pool (8m x 3.5m) & jet pool (5m x 4m) designed to melt into the distant waters of the Adriatic Sea.

Sun loungers and daybeds are thoughtfully placed to enjoy both sun and shade and there’s a wonderful veranda where you can dine alfresco on barbecued steaks. There is a further WC and shower by the pool. The laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also located in this area.

Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. (if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

Please be aware it takes 24 hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till April, as it is difficult to heat in the winter months.

Villa Anna provides a quiet and comfortable ambience for those who seek some quality time with friends and family. It sleeps up to 6.

Ideally located just 4 km away from the nearest beaches and restaurants, 6 km from Dubrovnik Old Town and 14 km from the airport.

Where possible we do like to meet and greet guests in person and welcome you by showing you around the villa and explaining the facilities. If you are arriving late, we will inform you as to where you can collect a key and then our property manager will visit you, at your convenience the following day. We have a welcome brochure with places of recommendation to visit, restaurants with directions etc and our property manager is usually on hand to help with bookings and general inquiries about the area.

How do damage deposits work?
