Unser Haus/Villa befindet sich nur 20m vom Meer.Wir sind an der Meeresseite auf einem Grunstuck von 600m2.. Das Haus ist 300m2 gross.Im EG befindet sich die Kuche mit tEsszimmer und Wohnzimmer(100m2). Im 1 Stock haben wir 3 Zimmer mit Bad, Balkon mit Meerblick.Im 2 Stock sind auch 2 Zimmer mit Meerblick.Im EG befindet sich , Wachraum mit Wascmascine, Bugeleisen und Bugelbrett. Sie konnen direkt aus dem Wohnzimmer oder aus der Kuche in den Garten oder in den Pool. Wir haben auch ein Steingrill im Freien. Parkingplatz ist auf dem Grundsuck gleich neben dem Haus.

Wunderschöne Sandstrände, die sich in der Länge 6 Kilometer von Dugi Rat bis Omis erstrecken, machen Duce zu perfekten touristischen Destination für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Zahlreiche Caffes und Restaurants, die an der Meeresküste gebaut sind sowie die Nähe von Städten Omis und Split bieten viele Möglichkeiten zur qualitätsvolle Erholung und Unterhaltung an. Bis nach Split sind es von hier aus noch 26 Kilometer.Durch seine geographische Lage an der Mündung des Flusses Cetina hat die Stadt ihren Gästen vieles zu bieten. Die Festung Mirabella – Eine Festung aus dem 13. Jahrhundert, die hinter der Altstadt liegt. Man erreicht sie, indem man der Treppe neben der Kirche St. Michael in der Mitte der Altstadt folgt. Eintritt: 10 Kuna. Wegen der vielen Treppenstufen ist das auch noch eine gute sportliche Übung für Sie, die mit einem wundervollen Blick auf Omiš belohnt wird. Die Festung Starigrad (Fortica) – Wenn Sie ein wirklich besonderes Erlebnis suchen, sollten Sie die Festung Starigrad aus dem 15. Jahrhundert besuchen. Das Sommerfest von Omiš - In der Hauptsaison ist in der Altstadt zwar immer etwas los, aber einer der Höhepunkte ist das Klapa-Festival (Klapa ist ein A-cappella-Gesang), das in den Kirchen und auf den Plätzen in der Altstadt stattfindet.. Piraten in OmišSo gibt es einmal wöchentlich eine Piraten-Nacht, in der die Gäste einen Abend in Gesellschaft der furchtbaren Piraten verbringen könnenDer Höhepunkt dieser Aktivitäten findet im August statt, in dem es ein ganzes Piraten-Wochenende und eine Piraten-Nacht gibt. Dann findet auch ein Piraten-Triathlon sowie eine Seeschlacht statt, bei der die Piraten ein venezianisches Handelsschiff kapern – und es gibt noch viele weitere Veranstaltungen. Wenn Sie mehr an sportlichen Aktivitäten interessiert sind, dann bietet Ihnen die Cetina-Schlucht dafür viele Möglichkeiten. Rafting – mehrmals täglich werden Touren veranstaltet. Abfahrt ist von der Innenstadt von Omiš. Eine Rafting-Tour dauert ca. 4-5 Stunden. Teilnehmen können Erwachsene jeden Alters und Kinder ab 8 Jahren. Omiš hat einige gute Restaurants, vor allem in der Altstadt. In der Hauptstraße stehen im Sommer überall Tische draußen Wenn Sie ein Auto zur Verfügung haben. Restaurant Kremenko (Restaurant Feuerstein) in Svinisce, etwa 12 km die Cetina-Schlucht hinein. Es ist ein bemerkenswertes Restaurant, das Haus ist ganz im Steinzeit-Stil errichtet, und das Beste: Das Essen ist großartig. Im Sommer kann man mit dem Bus vom Flintstone Camp Galeb zum Restaurant und zurück fahren. Restaurant Radmanova Mlinice, es liegt nur 6 km hinein in die Cetina-Schlucht. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Freien bei einer alten Mühle. Ein hervorragender Ort, um Forellen zu essen. Weitere Spezialitäten des Hauses sind die dalmatinische Peka und Frösche. Die meisten der Touren auf dem Fluss Cetina enden in diesem Restaurant. Restaurant Kaštil Slanica, 4 km hinein in die Cetina Schlucht. In schöner Umgebung direkt am Ufer des Flusses können Sie hier lokale Spezialitäten genießen.

How do damage deposits work?
