Our Luxury Florida Home is located in the gated and attractive Cumbrian Lakes resort. Arguably our site has one of the most magnificent locations in Cnetral Florida within Cumbrian Lakes. The villa overlooks a scenic lake with a fountain and the villa's extended deck with large pool is bathed in Florida sunshine all day long. Once you have stayed in our beautiful villa you will want to come back to visit again and again.

The Cumbrian Lakes resort in Kissimmee is a gated community of up-market executive homes with pools landscaped around three lakes. Cumbrian Lakes is ideally located just 10 miles from Walt Disney World and close to restaurants, shops, and other Orlando attraction parks.

First Florida Villa - Our fully air-conditioned 5 bed roomed home is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards. There are televisions in the lounge, loft area, and every bedroom. The lounge TV is60 inch. The villa can sleep 10-12. There are three bathrooms and two other toilets. The entrance and living areas are fully tiled. The home is fitted with a security alarm system. It is situated in a quiet close with seven other houses. It has a south-westerly aspect, which guarantees Florida sunshine all day long on its extended deck with large private swimming pool and spa.

The open plan kitchen and breakfast nook look out over the pool, as does the family room which has comfortable lounge furniture, is equipped with wall-mounted 60 inch LED colour television with digital cable, personal digital recorder and Blu-ray DVD/CD player. There are large sliding doors fitted to exit to the pool area and these are connected to the alarm system and act as child security alarms. The doors lead out to a lanai where you can dine or relax of an evening gazing at the sunset. The pool deck area will be protected by a security net if you have small children in your party. The kitchen is fitted with every appliance you should require: electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, automatic electric kettle, waste disposal and dishwasher, together with crockery, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. The kitchen has a handy breakfast bar with two bar stools. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

There is a separate dining room and a quiet living room - tastefully furnished - giving peace and tranquillity for adults.

The home has an UPSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM. This has a King size double bed, its own television, with a large en-suite bathroom, including twin vanities, bathtub and separate shower unit and walk-in closets. ItThe master bedroom also has a balcony to sit out and enjoy the Florida Sunsets or sunbathe if you wish.. This balcony overlooks the private pool and the lake.

Two other bedrooms are located upstairs: one has a Queen size double bed and the other has Twin beds. These share an additional bathroom. Both these bedrooms have wall mounted LED televisions.

Both these bedrooms have wall mounted LED televisions. The downstairs bedroom would be suitable for elderly or disabled guests who could not manage the stairs.

In addition there is a games loft with comfortable seating, and full size Table Foosball and PlayStation with several games (bring your favourites with you too!).

The home has its own private enlarged heated pool which overlooks the lake and fountain which is illuminated in the evenings. There is a spa pool adjacent to the swimming pool. The large sundeck has a separate shower and toilet, which means you don't have to come into the house from the pool! There is a covered lanai for al fresco dining and this lanai is large and affords shade.

There are walks around the lakes of the resort and trails in the nearby woods. Cumbrian Lakes has a children's play area.

FirstFloridaVilla is an ideal centre for your Florida Holiday. Close to Disney and other attractions.
