Situated right in the centre of the buzz of the vibrant city and opposite the Olympia Swimming Pool, taxi-rank, Car-Hire, Bus-Station and convenient bus-stops to take you all over the town. You don't need a car in this rental, but if you have one, you can park it in the Carpark (pay as yoiu go) behind the flat. This one-bedroomed apartment is a real discovery! You can immediately feel at home with a comfortable bed (Queen-size ), a well-equipped kitchen and a newly decorated bathroom. You can sink into the leather settee in the sitting-cum-dining room, listen to music, or watch the tele after a tiring day of sight-seeing......There's The Dundee Discovery, a long coastal area of white sands, Dundee Contemporary Arts - a terrific location for viewing contemporary art and cinema and the Dundee Rep Theatre is the most famous venue in the area for seeing live world-class theatre performances as well as The Caird Hall for concerts.The Gothic style McManus or Albert Museum building is just around the corner.Lots of Shopping areas, restaurants and bars are close at hand. Great Value Flat for the price!!

My guests are very important to me. I will do my very best to make them comfortable and to give them what they want. I interact with James, a very reliable very capable coordinator, who sees to the cleaning and preparation of the flat before and after the guests and also during their stay if they have any special requirements or need to contact him. I live in Italy, but work in very close contact through internet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Margaret (the owner) a message.

If Margaret (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
