Windwhistle is a newly constructed classic Bahamian Georgian residence built with a family and entertaining in mind. Attention to detail and creating a sense of place where of the upmost importance to the architect, interior designer and owners.

The verdant tropical garden and driveway lead to the front door where guests' first view upon entering the front door is straight through the house to the harbour.

The grand living and dining room offers a 11-foot coffered ceiling, along with three pairs of French doors leading out to the lower veranda and stunning views of the harbour's turquoise waters. To the right guests will find the living room with oversized sofa, rattan chairs upholstered in Quadrille fabric and 65-inch smart television. To the left guests will find the bespoke rattan Chippendale dining table with seating for ten guests.

The kitchen features handmade cabinetry, bespoke Cuban tile backsplash, ipe countertops and all Thermador appliances. Two kitchen sinks, one of which overlooks the harbour, along with a large island with seating for three, ensure that there is plenty of space to prepare meals. The kitchen offers a professional grade Thermador six burner range with pot filler, along with an additional wall oven, microwave oven, beverage center, fridge and freezer with an ice maker. The kitchen is fully outfitted and offers All Clad pots and Global knives to make the chef of the family feels at home.

To the right of the living room guests will find an office with harbour view for those guests who unfortunately need to work whilst on holiday.

Also, to the right of the living room is the mudroom. The mudroom may be accessed from the side of the house and offers a changing room and full bathroom.

The lower veranda may be accessed through any one to the three pairs of French doors of the living and dining room. To the left guests will a full wet bar with sink and beverage cooler. The outdoor teak table offers seating for six guests. To the right guests will find an outdoor living room with large built-in sofa, two chairs and a love seat.

A 30-foot-wide set of stairs leads to the harbour front garden and infinity swimming pool. The pool offers two flights of stairs on both the northern and southern side with a bench in-between. Enjoy relaxing on the bench or resting over the pools edge watching for passing stingrays and turtles. Guests may also enjoy reclining with a delightful book on a chaise under the shade of the mature Gumelemi and Mahogany trees. The property also offers a small beach making it simple to launch the paddleboards in the water. The dock offers both water and power and may accommodate up to a 40-foot center console boat.

The master suite is situated on the second storey and offers French doors leading to the upper veranda. This suite offers a bespoke rattan king sized bed upholstered in turquoise Quadrille Pina fabric and vintage lacquered side tables. The master bathroom offers a shower, ball and claw foot tub, water closet and double sinks.

The first guest bedroom with en suite bathroom is the largest in the house and features two twin beds (can be made into a king.) This room offers three French doors and access to the upper veranda and its harbour views.

The second guest bedroom with en suite bathroom offers a custom made queen-sized bed upholstered in a coral Quadrille fabric. This bedroom offers both a harbour and garden view.

The second living room is situated on the second storey between the master bedroom and the first guest bedroom. The second living room is spacious and offers a large sectional sofa with chaise and loveseat, vintage Frankl “waterski” chair and 82-inch smart television. In this room guests will also find paintings and trunk decorated by the world famous Bahamian artist Amos Ferguson. This room also offers French doors leading to the upper veranda ensuring all guests have access to its 180-degree panoramic harbour view over Grandfather's beach and the northern harbour.

The second master bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom is situated on the ground floor. This room features a king canopy bed and offers a garden view.

The fourth guest room with en suite bathroom is also situated on the ground floor. This guest room offers two custom made rattan pagoda twin beds and a garden view.
