Apartment "Alain" is located 80 meters from the Duomobnel city center of Florence, the is free Wi-Fi, it can accommodate 4 people, is located a few steps from the Duomo and the San Lorenzo Market; ideal for visiting the most famous museums, churches and monuments. The neighborhood is lively, there are clothing stores of all kinds, bookshops, typical restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets. The train and bus station, Santa Maria Novella is about 350 meters, the tram at about 100 meters, a pay garage at about 80 meters. The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of the building and has a lift consists of: kitchen equipped with all utensils and appliances, gas hob, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, steamer, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, mocha and food processor. The dining area has a large extendable table and four chairs, while the living area has a double sofa bed, a large bookshelf and a large LCD TV with SKY. The room consists of an extra large double bed with memory mattress and a large four-season wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and a bathroom with sink, mirror and hairdryer. Finally, the utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, detergents and freezer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: linen for bed and bath, wired internet connection, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Sky, air conditioning, heating, large windows have double glazing and mosquito nets.

We are very happy to have met such a beautiful and polite couple. Very excellent guests, who have left the flat really clean and neat. They have benefited of our service that we care in every detail and of a very special location ,as it is close to the most important monuments of Florence. We really hope to have them back!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Serena (the owner) a message.

If Serena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
