This newly renovated vacation home overlooking Pineapple Beach, St. John, and the British Virgin Islands, is surrounded by spectacular ocean vistas and cooled by constant trade winds.

The space

Stunning ocean views fill the entire living and dining area, which expand through to the bedroom to provide amazing views of the Caribbean sea from every room.

Furnished with impeccable taste and style including art and decor from around the world you are sure to feel special when you book this villa.

A private terrace, right on the water, provides immaculate views of the sea, along with a secluded place to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings and trade wind breezes.

Villa Bali can accommodate up to 4 guests and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bathroom, Flat screen TV with cable, iPod compatible radio, in room safe, and of course air-conditioning. There is complementary WiFi in the villa as well as around the resorts common areas.

The resort is designed in such a way that the units feel extremely private and serene. The Resort is close enough to the town of Red Hook for dining and shopping but also far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. By far Point Pleasant Resort is the most romantic, relaxing, and affordable vacation resort on St. Thomas. The villa really is just an amazing place to just relax, slow down and get away from it all.

Villa Bali is not only in a world class resort with lots of amenities but the unit itself is set apart from many other units because it is the closest unit to the pool, as well as closest to the the waterfront restaurant and beach which prevents you from having to walk up and down the steep hills all day long. This guy is a hosts worst nightmare. He books last minute at discounted rates and then finds little things to complain about and asks for money back. Check my other listings where I have a total of over 50 five star reviews from guests who paid more than double than he did and never asked for a refund. The things he mentions in his review are grossly exaggerated and if after reading this review you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to discuss.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Villa (the owner) a message.

If Villa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
