The Gull Lake/Brainard Lakes Area is Minnesota's premier vacation destination..

Seaside North is our vacation home located at the end of a beautiful private road.

2500 sq feet of living space which accomodates eight travelers comfortably.

The first floor includes a full kitchen, master bedroom anchored by a california King bed and decorated in nautical white with ocean nets covering the windows that double for catching minnows to help with your walleye fishing. There is a second bedroom with a more conservative yet nautical theme. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove top and large side by side Refrigerator/freezer.

The lower floor is designed to walk directly outside to the always clear whirlpool/hot tub on your way down to a newly constructed nautically decorated switch back trail to the lake. On this level you will stay in our guest suite which is also anchored by a king bed as you enter thru french doors onto the heated warm tiled bath/shower and bedroom floors. There is a second bedroom and a family room warmed by a wood burning fireplace and comfortable beds for sleeping after a full day of water sports.

Each room at seaside north displays a full view of Gull Lake.

You can fly directly into the nearby Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport (Delta Connection) or Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) which is 30 min and 2 1/2 hours drive away respectively.

Whether you are looking for adventure, world class golfing, fishing, snowmobiling or shopping you will discover endless options year round.

Be awakened by the sunrise, the calling loons or the the squeeking eagles perched in the trees outside your window.

Bring your marshmallows for smores by the fire pit in the back yard or lakeside

Tennis courts and Boat rentals are available nearby. We have three bikes for your convenience when biking the many trails nearby.

We appreciate the positive remarks. Since their visit we have totally replaced our street side deck and drastically repaired the Lakeside deck which included painting the deck and railing a beautiful off white. .. The weed roller was fixed during the winter and now works to keep a nice sandy beach off the end of the dock and the raft is properly placed at the edge of the beach. And entire house was painted this spring.. the I tub survived another winter it has some new plumbing and a power board. Ready to keep everyone warm after a refreshing swim.
