THE ACCOMMODATION: The house's is basic but fully furnished. No modern cons. Living room on the ground floor with 3 sofa beds, high-speed broadband. Next is dining room connected to kitchen. Large shower bathroom with toilet and another separate toilet on the ground floor. There's 1 double bedroom on the ground floor as well. Two double bedrooms and 2 single on the upper 1st floor. No en suits in the house or rooms with own shower. It is self catering accommodation. No live-in hosts.

Facilities include: gas central heating, gas stove - oven, washing machine, microwave, 2 big fridge/freezers, toaster, kitchen table with 8 chairs; WI-FI. Bed linen supplied, towels, shampoos.

Upon arrival, you will have your door keys; please keep them safe at all times.

The three double rooms can accommodate two people in each room, sleeping on separate bed (own bed each person).

The house consists of ground and upper floor, spacious, you will not feel it crowded especially if you are families, groups or friends or colleagues, all welcomed.

Parking outside the property is not free, but I provide visitors parking tickets. Please inquire prior booking with the correct number of the cars.

Why can't I call Roza (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roza (the owner) a message.

If Roza (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
