About Bramblecoombe

VISIT ENGLAND GOLD AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE

Situated on the hillside with magnificent views of Looe River, Bramblecoombe offers luxury accommodation for four. This detached, well equipped, cottage takes full advantage of its beautiful setting with outside decks for dining and relaxation as well as an upstairs balcony and window seat

The good size lounge on the ground floor is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas and a wood burning stove. The lounge is open plan to the dining area with both having doors leading out to the furnished patio areas. Whether breakfast, lunch or an evening meal in the sun, this is a lovely spot to sit and relax and enjoy the views. A few steps from the dining area lead up to the mezzanine level kitchen, fully fitted with electric oven, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, the kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with four stools. There is also a utility room on this level with washer/drier and a separate wc.

Upstairs is the tastefully furnished master bedroom, with king size bed, which has access on to the balcony from where guests can again enjoy the wonderful views. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath and separate walk in shower. The attractive twin room also on this floor has its own en-suite with bath and shower over.

2024 sees the addition of a furnished deck to the side of the cottage from where the river views up through the valley can be seen at their best. Furnished with an outdoor sofa it is the perfect spot to escape with a cup of tea and good book during the day or perhaps a glass of wine in the evening watching the sun go down over the hills.

The property has wifi and parking for two cars (please see accessibility statement or contact us for more information).

Bramblecoombe offers luxurious accommodation and whether looking to enjoy a Summer holiday soaking up the sun on the deck and balcony, or a cosy Winter retreat with the log burner stoked, guests will be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.

Response from the manager
Many thanks for your review, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay. We are sorry to hear that somebody was using the second parking space and will follow up on this, it is a shame we weren't aware at the time as we would happily have found out who it was and asked them to move. Thank you again.
