This adorable East Orleans cottage is the perfect getaway for 2 people and is only 3/10s of a mile to Nauset Harbor. A cozy living/ dining/ kitchen area with window AC units in the bedroom and in the living area. The bedroom is versatile and has 2 Twins that are set up as a King bed with a topper so there is no ridge in the middle, but can be separated into 2 twins if needed. There is a separate laundry room with a stackable Washer and Dryer. Wonderful, expansive deck overlooking the sloping yard. Deeded access to Smugglers Path leading to Snow Shore Landing- great spot to launch a kayak or enjoy time seaside on a smaller, sandy beach. NO Pets Accepted.
