Located in a private association with wonderful views of Cape Cod Bay. This 2 bedroom cottage has a bath with shower and comfortable furniture. It also features a newly remodeled kitchen with island seating, central air, TV in one of the bedrooms and living room, full sized refrigerator, gas stove for cooking inside and a gas grill for summer cook-outs. The area boasts great sunsets and huge sand bars at low tide. The best times for beachcombing and looking for shells and fossils is on an outgoing tide, during a new or full moon, and after a storm. This property is just steps to the ocean by way of private pathway down the dunes to the sand and offers a small deck and outdoor shower. Property has a shell driveway and parking for 2 cars.

Dear Denise, We are very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. We do not lie or deceive. Our photos of this cottage accurately show the property and in included in our listing is a link of an aerial view with it's exact proximity to the beach and other properties. This cottage is steps to the beach and as in most property on the Cape, you must cross a dune to access the beach. We appreciate that you left the cottage very nice at the end of your stay. We never told you there wasn't a cleaner service in between and that you were expected to clean. Someone does clean after each guest and what we ask our guests is to leave a property as they find it and in nice order. Sincerely, Sand Dollar Realty
