Cute Beachland Cottage overlooking Scorton Creek and across the street from East Sandwich Beach. Alcove with queen sleep sofa and living room with queen sleep sofa. This is what Cape Cod is all about. Kayak right out your back door. Sip cool drinks on the deck and watch the wildlife on the tidal marsh. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole for some of the best fishing on the Cape. You will love this cottage. Wonderful views of the everchanging tidal marsh from inside the living area and on the furnished deck. Just across the street from East Sandwich Beach set in an association of 18 cottages.

This is a studio cottage. The beds are both Queen-sized sleep sofas-one in an alcove and one in the living room.

$800 - $1250 per week for 2024

A $100 cleaning fee also applies.

Additional amenities include full kitchen, sofabed, cooking utensils, heating, fans, full bath with shower, association beach, view (marsh), public beach, marsh front, lobster pot, coffee maker, beach / across street, cathedral ceilings, beach / short walk, outdoor furniture, ironing board.
