We do not offer saturday check in nor saturday check out. Weekend rentals must include friday and saturday. Holiday (Long Weekends) rates are 3 nights minimum. Labor day Ffriday to Monday. Spacious and private 3 + bedrooms, 2.5 bath 4000 Sf. house that sits on a wooded lot, with a stream in the forest and pond view. right across the street from the Great Bear Golf Club. The views from the house are breathtaking! Private 20x40 heated pool is fully gated and very private. This house has a full kitchen inside with granite counter tops and s. s. appliances, also there is a kids playground with swings. There is a basketball ring outside with paved ground. This property is very quiet and private! If you are a fisherman, feel free to ask me where to go and catch some nice trout, or bass. House is located on 7.5 acres of private property, with all the activities nearby, lakes for swimming and fishing and more. The Poconos most popular attractions are located within minutes. Bushkill Falls is 12 mins away, Del Water Gap is 10 mins away, Shawnee ski resort is 5 minutes, Camelback is 25 minutes, Tannersville (Crossings) Outlet mall is 20 minutes, Wolf Lodge indoor water park is 20 minutes, Pocono Bazar (Flea Market) is 4 minutes. The new Mount Airy Casinos 30 minutes away. Great Bear Golf course is 2 minutes away, and much more! Firewood is provided.

Security cameras are on site, looking over the driveway only.

How do damage deposits work?

If Denis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
