Wendy House is a delightful house in the heart of Eastbourne within a Courtyard setting. Wendy House has received dozens of perfect reviews so you can book with confidence. The cottage offers charming characterful accommodation for up to 4 people all within walking distance of the many delights of Eastbourne. We offer all the expected comforts that will make your stay pleasurable at an affordable price. Free Wi-Fi is included!

The railway station is a 2 minute walk away so arrival on foot or bicycle couldn't be easier whilst also offering the opportunity for great days out. For those visiting the UK, fly into Gatwick Airport and pick up a hire car or take the direct train and arrive at Wendy House in under an hour. Eastbourne is at the foot of South Downs National Park. Visit Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters, the Cuckmere Valley and the many quaint villages scattered across the East Sussex countryside. Looking to indulge then treat yourself to afternoon tea at Eastbourne's Grand Hotel.

The quiet but central location of the delightful Wendy House is the main attraction giving a base to explore on foot or experience days out by train or car. Central London can be reached by direct train in 90 minutes. The Town Centre is literally just around the corner offering high street stores as well as quaint independent shops and cafes.

Parking is available for small to medium cars within the integral garage. On street parking is also available and we provide free WiFi.

All contact is directly with myself. I do not use a management company feeling the personal touch goes a long way! Prior to your stay I am more than happy to answer any questions you may have about the booking, Wendy House or perhaps offer suggestions about days out, restaurants etc. I will always try and meet you personally upon arrival and will be on hand to answer any queries or deal with maintenance issues during your stay. I can be as involved as much or as little as you would like.

Stayed for a week at Wendy house, clean and lovely decor near shops and sea front, Did find traffic bit noisy early morning even though it was not a threw road, But had a nice stay thank you .

Why can't I call Tim (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tim (the owner) a message.

If Tim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
