Walk down the elfin path to a welcoming red door that opens to a warm knotty pine paneled interior that features a queen sized bed nestled into a window-lined alcove with water views that stretch forever.

Unwind, take a nap on the waterfront hammock on your private beachfront (summer only) or depending on weather, curl up in front of the charming gas stove. Cook a meal in the small but efficient kitchen equipped with everything two people need. Dine on the intimate table set for two inside or sit outside and enjoy a BBQ on the deck.

One of this cottage's charms is its coziness. It is small and definitely not for claustrophobic. Isle Dream Cottage is a relic of the nearly lost past when life was simple and our conversations were about what we saw out of our windows instead of on a screen.

How wonderful to shower under the stars in our shower for two built into a skylight; be entertained by the eagles that soar above your head; connect with the deer that come to call in the front yard; count the sea stars on the beach by day, befriend a sunning seal, gaze at the dazzling stars in the sky at night; and make a wish on a (frequent) shooting star.

Experience the constant joy and serenity of this place sitting on the deck listening to the breeze through the trees. Waking at night to a crescent moon over the mountain, the gentle sound of water lapping on the shore. A stay at Isle Dream Cottage leaves memories forever and it will constantly draw you back.

We appreciate our guests desire for a more romantic and private lodging experience. We strive to provide that cozy and intimate, yet comfortable space for our guests. Our Inn-Keeper does a complete prior to check-in walk through and leaves keys and a card with your name in the cottage so guests check themselves in. Given contact information, we send a complete confirmation with cottage details and driving instructions. Electronic devices and mapping are not reliable on island. Thus, we ask that you bring these instructions with you. Check in is at 4:00p.m.; check out at 11:00 a.m. Please call and leave us a message telling us that you have arrived safely.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to view all your booking details, pay the balance of your holiday or cancel it if you need to.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Richard and Nanae (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Richard and Nanae (the owner) a message.

If Richard and Nanae (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
