Manu and Isa welcome you to their cottage in a magical and rare location for your stay in Corsica, we welcome you in our pretty T2 furnished, very comfortable with magnificent sea views, for 2 to 4 People. This cottage is located in Ground garden of our villa, in the middle of a park maquisé of 4500m², very quiet. You have a beautiful west facing private terrace with panoramic views of the Gulf of Ajaccio and Bloody Islands. Nice pool, solarium and maquis garden and fruit tree available. Private parking. Location: South Shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, on Coline Pietre Rossa, between Porticcio and Eccica-Suarella Access: Beaches Porticcio 10mn - Ajaccio Airport: 10mm - Harbor Station and downtown Ajaccio 15mm out hiking Proximity nearby: restaurants, bars, food A Porticcio (10mm) Pancake restaurants, discos, post office, bank, pharmacy, medical cabinet, analysis laboratory, laundry, car rental, scooter, ATV. Watersports on the beach, diving, boat trips, boat rental, quad biking, Sofitel Thalasso center, equestrian center, golf. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
