Description

This completely renovated and lovingly furnished apartment is offered for the first visitors at a discounted price. So be fast :) You're in just 4 minutes on the beach in Borby and reach the city center on foot just 5 minutes later. Perfect conditions for a relaxing holiday in sunny Eckernförde! Because the house is where the property is currently completely renovated, we have already built apartment for the first guest at a discount. The finished apartment boasts high quality workmanship and upscale amenities such as underfloor heating in all rooms, triple-glazed soundproof windows, tile throughout the living area, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and various kitchen utensils. A quality mattress is to be found and in the snuggly 1,40m wide bed you will find enough space nearby or if you are traveling alone. Fi and a TV is of course also available. So you refer a new apartment which boasts a modern design and high quality equipment. For questions you can you like to report. Access to the garden is offered from completion. However, this is currently not possible. For questions, I am available at any time :) Its proximity to the slipway at Eckernförde Sailing Club and the option on the property and a trailer must be considered (including boat), there is the property also to anglers. Brands for the inlet to the slipway can be purchased for an additional fee with me.

Why can't I call Vitalij (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Vitalij (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
