From the owner

Very comfortable first floor 1 B/R apartment in the "Patatran" apartment block facing the Eden Island deep water marina. Located in the fully developed tranquil Southern part of Eden Island it accommodates two adults and a minor.

The apartment offers a stunning view on the Eden Island Marina and Mahe Island immediately in front of the apartment . Right behind it there are all the private mooring berths of the apartment owners. A lush vegetation completely surrounds the apartment block from all sides except on the Seafront side.

On the nearby horizon there is Mahe Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean. The 88 m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans both in the lounge as well as in the bedroom. A wall safe is fitted in the bedroom for your valuables.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Dishwasher, Washing machine / tumbler and ceramic hob / stove and a large Fridge/Freezer and provides for all amenities to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible . A large flat screen Satellite TV with DSTV subscription and free unlimited WIFY (ok for emailing but slow for browsing) are available.

Four beautiful private beaches are within a minutes ' walking distance and a swimming pool with a separate kids section is just 50 meters away. A Golf Buggy is at your complimentary disposal. Eden Island hosts a modern shopping mall , Eden Plaza, with a Spar supermarket, an arts gallery, a sports shop , a pharmacy and banks with ATMs among others There are 7 dockside restaurants , various cafes and the 5 Star Hotel "Eden Bleu" on the island (5 minutes!). You will also have unrestricted access to the fully equipped gym of the Club House with another swimming pool , an entertainment area and a flood lit tennis court, a childrens' playroom and a snack bar.

Cleaning is once a week. Does not include ironing. Exrtra cleanings and Nanny services are available at charge.

Very nice stay.

Good security, lovely gardens, nice beaches, good snorkeling, very convenient for the airport. The apartment is very comfortable with a good view of the marina.

Why can't I call Georges (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Georges (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Georges (the owner) a message.

If Georges (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
