The living room off the kitchen has a fireplace and comfortable furniture including a daybed sofa that converts into a sleeper for two. The great room has arched, pane windows for plenty of light--perfect for reading, backgammon, or cocktails. The main floor bedroom faces the street with access to the ground floor bath. Upstairs the large master bedroom has its own bath, complete with claw-foot tub. The third bedroom, with extra-long twin four-poster beds, has access to another full bath from the hall.
Ride your bike to the fish market, the beach, tennis courts at the Boys and Girls Club, or the ferry to Chappaquiddick. A large fenced-in yard allows for croquet, barbecues or a place to store your bikes. Parking is available for four cars.
