4BR / 2BA - (4Q) - Sleeps 8 - You have found a beach front home that is just steps from the sand and water. Plenty of off street parking under the house with a nice picnic area. The front door has a weather protected staircase from the parking area. On the rifht 9f the covered frontporch is the laundry room. The center of this home contains a large open kitchen, joining a dining and living room. There are two bedrooms and a full hall bath(tub/shower combination) on each side of the house. The two front bedrooms have beach views. The two back bedrooms are Palmetto Blvd side. All bedrooms have a queen size bed. The back left bedroom is the only one with a TV. The very nice screen porch overlooks the Atlantic, complete with lots of rockers and a picnic table. There is an open deck on the left of the porch for sunbathing. We are always happy to hear that our guest has enjoyed their stay on Edisto. The recovery process from Matthew's storm damage has been amazing. The beach renourishment project was completed in May and has given us 3 times the beach that we had before Matthew. I will pass on your comments concerning the mattresses to the property manager.
