The living, dining, and kitchen are centrally located with bedrooms on either side of the home. The living area also has an "electric fireplace" to enjoy. To the right of the living area are 2 bedrooms one with a King and the other a king size bed, TV and private bath w/ tub and stall shower. To the left of the great room is a short hall with a full bath(tub/shower). The bedroom at the front of the house(facing Holmes St) has 2 twin bed & Queen bed (sleeps 4) (no TV). The bedroom at the back has a queen with private bath. An open deck on the back of the house, accessed from the kitchen, overlooks the nice back yard with private swimming pool. The laundry is conveniently located next to the back door and kitchen. A staircase next to the kitchen leads to the 2nd floor. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs for privacy between the floors. At the top of the stairs is a large 2nd floor den with lots of seating, a card/game table, and TV. An open deck is accessed from the den with ocean views. A 2nd master suite is to the right of the den. This room has a king bed, TV, and enters into a bath(tub/shower) that is also accessed from the den. To the left of the den is another bedroom with 2 twin beds(no TV) and a private bath(tub/shower).
