3BR plus loft/ 3.5BA (3Q, 2S) - Sleeps 8 - A very nicely furnished home located on quiet Oristo Ridge in the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. You will be close to the Jenkins St gate for an easy walk or bike ride to the beach.

This property has a large wrap around screen porch that is next to the entry and accessed from the living area of the home. Downstairs to the right is the living/dining/kitchen combo. There is a door from the kitchen that lead to stairs and the parking area under the property. A hallway straight ahead in the entryway leads to the master bedroom with a queen size bed, TV, and private bath (tub/shower combo). The laundry room is in the hall on this floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2 hall bathrooms(tub/shower), and a loft overlooking the front foyer. The loft has 2 twin beds. There are no TV's in the rooms upstairs. This home has all hardwood floors downstairs and carpeting up.

"2 Far 2 Fla" offers easy access to the beach and the option to take advantage of the amenities of the Resort(for a fee). Ocean Ridge Resort is a 300-acre golf/recreation resort located on the southern end of Edisto Beach. Ocean Ridge Beach Cabana is located in the 2000 block of Palmetto-look for blue mail box- with parking allowed on Palmetto Blvd. Also every cross street has a beach access point with parking on the street or in designated parking areas.

    Please know that Edisto Realty appreciates your business and is certainly sorry to see that you felt the owners of this property have not made necessary maintenance repairs and upgrades. We will certainly share your concerns with them. Edisto Realty has a varied stock of replacement items for our properties including pots & pans, coffeemakers, baking dishes etc, and also receives deliveries from the nearest Lowes store twice a week. If we know a guest is experiencing problems with any item we can have them replaced ASAP. Please feel free to stop by the office for any items that might make a more satisfactorily stocked kitchen for your stay. When booking your next stay please speak with a reservation staff member and we will do our best to help you select a home that might be more satisfactory for you.
