3BR / 2BA - 2Q, 2Bunks - Sleeps 8 -This nice beach walk home is located on a beautiful shaded lot only a block to a St Helena Sound beach access. Sit on the sundeck or screen porch and watch the golfers go by or enjoy the huge oak trees in the yard. With large rooms and a wonderful master suite with tub, you will want to come back year after year. This home enters into a open and spacious living, dining and kitchen combination. The kitchen has an eating bar. A screen porch with rockers, a glider, and picnic table is accessed from the living room on the back of the home. An open deck with a grill is beyond the porch overlooking the shady yard and golf course. A hallway behind the kitchen leads to the laundry room(with sink) and the master suite. There is a queen size bed in this room(with TV) and a large master bath complete with tub, stand up shower, and 2 separate vanity areas. A short hallway to the left of the living room leads to 2 more bedrooms. The front bedroom(facing Fort St) has 2 sets of bunk beds and a TV. The back bedroom, overlooking the back porch, has a queen size bed(no TV). There is a full hall bath(tub/shower) on this side of the property. This home has hardwood floors in the main portion of the home and carpet in the bedrooms. A nice quiet location on Edisto, yet easy access to the beach, this home would make a great choice for a relaxing vacation on Edisto Beach.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent Edisto vacation. Actually there are two parts to Edisto - from the 100 block to the 2800 block you are on the ocean beach (waves) and from the 2800 block to the 3600 block you are on the Sound (no waves - but great sunsets since you are facing southwest). We try to recommend to families with small children that the sound is a better beach since the waters are calm. But once those children reach pre-teen all then want is a ocean beach. When you get around to the ocean beach there is more dry sand. Thanks for visiting Edisto and we hope you can come again. Edisto Realty
