4 BR / 2 BA (2Q, 2D, 2SS) - Sleeps 10 - A much loved family beachfront cottage with fabulous sunset views overlooking St. Helena Sound. The "sound beach" is in great demand for families with small children (no big waves) and for those that enjoy a leisurely stroll on the beach (no groins). The street side stairs lead to a small covered deck that leads into the foyer. In the foyer closet is the washer/dryer. The first doorway to the left is the Master Bedroom with a private bath- Queen Bed (no tv). You walk into a large living, dining, all with great water views. The kitchen is in a separate room with a pass thru window to the dining area. The dining and living area has 2 full walls of windows - the views!. The porch door is in the living area and opens to a large sundeck with the cozy screen porch to the left. There is a large oak tree providing lots of shade for the screen porch. On the back of the house are 3 bedrooms and a hall bath with a shower. Two bedrooms contain double beds(no TV's). The other bedroom contain a queen size beds(only one with a TV). This home has a nice open area under the house with water views.This would be a great shady spot to relax and cook out! There is a small yard overlooking the ocean as well as your own boardwalk to the beach and don't forget the beach dune sundeck. I think we all agree that staying on the sound beach has such great advantages - but the sunsets are something else. Families with small children love the fact there are smaller waves. We will certainly pass on your comments about the bath and beds ~ these homeowners love projects and spend a lot of time and effort upgrading the house. Thank you Edisto Realty
