4BR / 2BA (3K, 2 Bunks)- Sleeps 10 - Great location on a corner lot, right across the street from a beach access is "Palmetto Place" You have outstanding views of the ocean from the great room, open deck and roof top deck!. This home has a bright central living, dining and kitchen combination with a full hall bath(tub/shower combination) on each side of the house. The two front bedrooms(Palmetto Blvd) each have a king size bed(only 1 room has a TV). Both will have views of the water or the beach access. Both rooms also open out onto the deck out front. A back right bedroom has another king bed(no TV). The other bedroom(back left) has 2 sets of bunk beds(no TV). There is a screened porch at the back of the house which leads into the kitchen. Also from the screen porch is the staircase to the rooftop deck. Best place to enjoy sun rises and sunsets. The picnic area and parking area under the house is a large open area with a swing, picnic table. Book early this is one of the most requested homes on Edisto with easy beach access, comfortable decor and water views. And don't forget the roof top deck is a plus for seeing all of Edisto!
