El Alojamiento Rural Caminito del Rey, es una casa de reciente construcción (WIFI, CLIMATIZACIÓN CENTRALIZADA, LEÑA Y ROPA DE CAMA INCLUIDA EN EL PRECIO) de unos amplísimos ventanales con cristales climalit, la casa y su alrededores están vallados en su totalidad, la puerta de entrada de vehículos es de apertura automática, consta de un gran salón-comedor, con techos a dos aguas con tv de plasma 55" y chimenea de leña, cocina totalmente amueblada, tres baños (uno de ellos exterior), porche exterior, piscina con tumbonas interiores, barbacoa y aparcamientos cubiertos y tres dormitorios con calefacción, distribuidos de la siguiente manera:

1º y 2º - Son ambos de 4 unidades, con dos literas de madera totalmente artesanales (colchones de 1 mtr por 2mtr) con la posibilidad de unir las camas de la parte baja quedando una cama de 2 X 2 mtr.

3º - De 2 camas individuales con la posibilidad de convertir las dos camas en una de 2 X 2 mtrs y armario empotrado.La Casa está en un lugar verdaderamente privilegiado con unas vistas impresionantes, situada en, El Paraje Natural de El Chorro (Desfiladero de los Gaitanes) y a 2 Kilómetros del conocido Internacionalmente “El Caminito de Rey” su situación entre algarrobos, encinas, lentiscos, romero, tomillo, lavanda etc… hace de este alojamiento un lugar muy especial, desde el cual se puede ver perfectamente como nos sobrevuelan los buitres autóctonos de la zonas y en la sierras colindantes las cabras montesas en el horizonte, es una zona con miles de rutas de escalada y senderismo, idónea para la práctica de otros muchos deportes tales como: bicicleta de montaña, parapeten, ala delta etc..

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Juan (the owner) a message.

    If Juan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
